  • What methods of payment do you accept?
You may either pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

For U.S. mail orders: Money Orders and checks are acceptable.

For all International mail orders: only Money Orders will be acceptable.

 

 

 

  • How much do you charge for shipping within the U.S.?
 

Our Shipping charges start at only $5.95 for orders sent within the United States.  Final shipping charges are based on weight of the products and is calculated upon checkout.

 

 

 

  • How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24-hours of receipt excluding weekends and Public Holidays.

If an item is on backorder we will notify you via email. Please note that backorders are rare.

All shipping is calculated based upon weight. You, the customer, may choose between the following ship options:

Domestic/U.S. Shipments:

USPS Priority Mail – *approx 2-3 business days

UPS Ground – *approx 2-7 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air – *2 day service

*(doesnot include weekends or Public Holidays).

USPS International Priority Mail– *approx 2-3 weeks

Please Note: You may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other fees which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In compliance with international rules and regulations, customs forms for international packages will always list the value of your order's contents to facilitate customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties, taxes, and fees once the product has been shipped by TeaLand.com.

 

 

 

  • What is your return and refund policy?

TeaLand must be notified of any problems with the products shipped to the customer within 5 days of receipt of the products, otherwise the customer will be deemed to HAVE ACCEPTED the goods. All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative by e-mail.

An Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # will be given at that time, which must be attached to all correspondence (letter, invoice, etc with returned product). TeaLand will not approve return of any product more than 30 days past the receipt date. In the event of a shipping error, manufacturing problem or customer service error, every effort will be made to remedy the situation.

In the event of customer error, credit will not be issued until product is received in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back at his/her own expense. Please note all teas will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that a tracking number is provided with all orders upon shipment. Once delivered it is deemed that the customer is in possession of the goods. If for some reason the customer does not receive his package, he must contact customer service within 7 business days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, no refund or re-ship can be offered after this time period.
