Breathe Easy ® is a complex and aromatic blend of herbal tastes – spicy-aromatic and cooling, somewhat bitter and astringent, and slightly sweet.

Ingredients: Organic licorice root [PhEur] 300 mg, Organic eucalyptus leaf  [PhEur] 285 mg, Organic bitter fennel fruit  [PhEur] 255 mg, Bi Yan Pian** dry aqueous extract 8:1, 120 mg.

Proprietary Blend:  540 mg, Organic peppermint leaf [PhEur], Organic calendula flower  [PhEur], Pleurisy root  [BHP], Organic ginger rhizome  [PhEur].

** “Bi Yan Pian” is a traditional Chinese herbal formula, extracted in pure water and then dried into granules, made from a mixture of Xanthium fruit, Magnolia flower bud, Siler root, Forsythia fruit, Wild chrysanthemum flower, Schisandra fruit, Platycodon root, Fragrant angelica root, Anemarrhena rhizome, Schizonepeta herb, and Chinese licorice root.

Cautions: Consult a health care provider before using Breathe Easy Tea if you have hypokalemia, or if you are taking any kind of hormonal therapies, diuretics, potassium depleting agents, or MAO inhibitors. In rare cases, excessive consumption of teas that contain eucalyptus leaf can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

Contraindications: Do not use if you have inflammatory disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and biliary ducts, impaired kidney or liver functions, high blood pressure or heart disease. Do not use if you have known allergies to plants of the Asteraceae (daisy) family such as blessed thistle, calendula, chamomile, echinacea, safflower or yarrow.
